Marie Salway used her training in Home Economics and Public Health Education to initiate much needed community programs throughout Manitoba. Being a much sought after speaker, Marie addressed events on a national level as well as provincially. Maries book, Butter Side Up- Common Sense Solutions to Critical Family Issues, was published in 1995. She was a delightful, talented lady who contributed a great deal in her life.
